Dates to Remember:
October 6th: Early voting begins and absentee ballots are mailed out. Absentee ballots must be returned to the County Clerk’s office by 7pm on election day.
October 19th: Voter registration closes for the general election. Past this date, voters may still register but must vote early same day.
Voters may register in person on election day or cast an absentee ballot Oct 20th–Nov 2nd.

Standing for Reproductive Freedom in Wyoming
Reproductive freedom is the power to control one’s own body and private healthcare decisions, free from government interference. This freedom requires access to:
- Family planning resources and information—to ensure people can decide if, when, and how to start their family.
- Contraception—to prevent unintended pregnancies and/or STI transmission.
- Maternal healthcare—for safe prenatal, labor & delivery, and postpartum care.
- Bodily autonomy—freedom from discrimination, violence, or forced medical procedures regarding reproduction.
- Abortion—necessary medical care for ectopic pregnancies, miscarriages, fatal fetal anomalies, and other dangerous pregnancy-related complications. Further, no one should be forced to carry a pregnancy if they do not want to.
- Forcing someone to carry a pregnancy to term is coercive and inhumane.
- Abortion bans increase maternal and infant mortality rates by delaying or denying access to necessary medical care.
- Wyoming is 42nd in the nation when scored for health outcomes; health care quality and prevention; and coverage, access, and affordability. The state ranks particularly poorly on the last measure concerning access and cost.
- 11 of Wyoming's 23 counties do not have a practicing OB-GYN.
- 9 counties have no labor & delivery facility.
- Rural hospitals struggle to provide labor and delivery care because of high costs and recruiting challenges. This discourages young families from moving to or staying in Wyoming.
- Abortion bans impose criminal penalties and legal uncertainty on doctors, making recruiting and retention difficult.
Given Wyoming’s maternal healthcare crisis, we can’t afford to lose medical professionals.
Reproductive freedom is under attack in Wyoming.
Wyoming voters value individual liberty, limited government, personal responsibility, and privacy. Still, the State Legislature repeatedly approves laws restricting or banning abortion.
Wyoming’s Constitution guarantees every competent adult the right to make their own health care decisions.
Banning the right to make our own healthcare decisions, including the decision to have an abortion, is unconstitutional.
Since 2023, the State Legislature has passed 3 near total abortion bans, and many other bills that seek to restrict access to abortion care.
The Wyoming Supreme Court recently ruled that abortion is healthcare and that the State’s abortion bans were unconstitutional.
Healthcare decisions belong between patients and their doctors—not politicians. No matter how people personally feel about abortion, most Wyomingites believe these personal decisions are best left to families, their doctors, and their faith, free from government overreach.
In Wyoming, we respect personal privacy and keeping government out of our private lives.
Decisions about pregnancy, miscarriage, and reproductive healthcare should be made privately, free from the government’s interference.
Enforcing abortion bans can result in invasive surveillance of pregnant people.
No matter how you may feel personally about abortion, most Wyomingites believe that women facing miscarriage, pregnancy complications, or pregnancies resulting from rape and incest deserve compassionate and timely care. Pregnancy is too complicated to legislate.
