“A simple truth we have long advocated for has been affirmed and spelled out in plain language by our Wyoming Supreme Court: Abortion is health care.”
Recently, WyoFile published an opinion piece by WyoUnited Executive Director, Britt Boril, celebrating the Wyoming Supreme Court ruling that abortion is health care.
Since then, the state legislature passed another near-total abortion ban in the 2026 legislative session. That ban is currently paused as another lawsuit challenging its constitutionality plays through the court system.
